Create
It all starts with good chocolate and a little creativity. We make our chocolates in small batches right here in Deadwood, taking our time to get each one just right.
Fill
Next comes the good stuff. Our fillings are made and added by hand, giving each chocolate its own delicious combination of flavors.
Dip & Temper
This is where the chocolate gets its shine. We carefully temper and dip each piece by hand for that smooth finish and satisfying chocolate snap.
Decorate
Now for the fun part! Each chocolate gets its finishing touch before it heads to the shop. No two pieces have to be exactly alike. That's part of what makes handmade chocolate special.
